The error points to a fault in the inverter board, its wiring connections, or the circulation pump itself.

A power reset may temporarily clear the 3C1 code, but if the underlying fault with the Inverter PBA, its connections, or the circulation pump is still present, the error will return during the next rinse cycle. A reset is useful for confirming whether the fault is intermittent, but it does not repair the root cause.
