Drain pump error: drain pump power exceeds 3W

From Service Manual 586299, p.31:

1.Check whether there is any foreign material in the Drain Hose and Drain Pump.

2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.

3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
