F94 means the oven's plumbed water system attempted to fill the internal water tank by opening solenoid valves 1Y63 and 2Y63, but the reed switch B3-18 detected no water intake. The oven logs this fault and disables the water function to protect the appliance. It points to a problem somewhere in the water supply path or the fill detection circuit.

F94 specifically disables the water-related functions of the oven, such as steam cooking modes, rather than the entire appliance. Standard dry cooking functions may still operate depending on the oven model and how the fault is handled by the control system. That said, it is best to resolve the fault before continued use to avoid any secondary issues from an incomplete water circuit.

Repair cost depends on what has failed. If the fix is simply opening a supply valve or clearing a blocked hose, there is no parts cost and only your time is involved.
