Open inducer limit error — inducer limit switch is open, normally caused by improper installation or application of the furnace venting system.

Open inducer limit error — inducer limit switch

From Service Manual 699683, p.15:

1.Disconnect electrical power from the furnace and remove 1 wire from the inducer limit switch; check continuity across inducer limit switch.

2.Inspect the exhaust duct from the unit to the wall cap. A crushed or lint-blocked duct is the most common cause of airflow-related faults.

3.Measure static pressure at the blower housing with the lint screen removed. Expected: ≥ 1.0 in. w.c. in a still-air test.
