Oven temperature sensor open or short circuit, or oven temperature too high (over 575°F/301°C in bake mode, or over 950°F/510°C in clean mode).

Check sensor connection, then measure sensor resistance (1080 ohms at 70°F/21°C, add 2 ohms per degree). If incorrect, replace sensor. If sensor OK, inspect control module for welded relay contacts.
