If door latched: Disconnect power, check wires and connectors from control to door switch and back. Replace door switch if wiring OK. Reapply power, press CANCEL to clear F5, program and start Clean mode, observe 1 minute. If door not latched: Disconnect power, check wires and connectors from control to latch switch and back, then repeat for door switch. Measure door switch (door open = switch open on small low voltage terminals). Measure latch switch (unlatch = switch open, oven light contacts closed). If failure remains, disconnect power and replace control.
