Can be caused by: manual out-of-service by technician, special price set to 100.01 making machine unavailable, no money device enabled during setup, setup requesting a coin drop that is not present, auxiliary device error (e.g., Smart Card not plugged into connector), or lid not opened during an entire cycle (lid switch fault detected).

Determine cause from OFF CODES table: check if manually set out of service, check owner settings for special prices/money device configuration, check auxiliary device connection at P-11 AUX, and check lid switch operation. If lid switch fault, open lid to reset control; if that fails, manually check lid switch and run service routine.

1.Determine cause from OFF CODES table: check if manually set out of service, check owner settings for special prices/money device configuration, check auxiliary device connection at P-11 AUX, and check lid switch operation. If lid switch fault, open lid to reset control; if that fails, manually check lid switch and run service routine.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
