Machine is out of service. Can be caused by: manual out-of-service by technician, special price set to 100.01 making machine unavailable, no money device enabled during setup, setup requesting a coin drop that is not present, auxiliary device error (e.g., Smart Card not plugged into connector), or lid not opened during an entire cycle (lid switch fault detected).
