From Service Manual 973606, p.18:
1.Turn off power for 10 seconds, then turn on power. Test the door latch again (try to start a Clean cycle). If it fails, check wiring of Lock Motor, Lock Switch and Door Switch circuits.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
