Blower motor no communication response - IFC does not see a return signal from the blower motor.
First step from the service manual
Disconnect power, verify 4-pin motor communication connector is installed and fully seated on IFC, verify 9-pin connector at blower vestibule panel is fully seated, verify 4-pin connector at blower is fully seated.
