In this mode, the oven maintains a set temperature continuously without requiring user interaction to keep it active. The display first flashes SAb to confirm the mode has been activated, then transitions to showing SAb continuously as long as the mode remains engaged.

Sabbath Mode is a deliberate user-activated function, not a fault or malfunction. The oven's control board is programmed to recognize and hold this state, disabling normal control pad interactions and automatic shutoff timers that would otherwise interrupt operation. Because the mode suppresses standard user interface responses, the oven will not respond to typical button presses the way it normally would, which can cause confusion if the mode was activated unintentionally.

The mode is controlled entirely through the Setup pad on the control panel. If SAb is appearing on the display unexpectedly, the most common explanation is that the Setup pad was held down accidentally, triggering the mode without the user intending to do so.
