Drain error — the dishwasher is unable to drain

From Service Manual 138500, p.32:

1.Check whether there is any foreign material in the Drain Hose.

2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.

3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
