From Service Manual 421100, p.32:

1.Check whether the drain hose is clogged or folded. If the problem continues, close the water supply valve and contact an authorized Samsung service center.

2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.

3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
