From Service Manual 110614, p.26:

1.Disconnect MAIN PCB CN70; measure resistance between CN70 White and CN70 Gray — expect 120 ohm (440 ohm) ±7%. 0 ohm = heater short, infinity = wire/bimetal open.

2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.

3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
