From Service Manual 455676, p.48:

1.Separate MAIN PCB CN70 wire from PCB, check resistance between Brown and Orange; when 0 ohm check for heater short, when infinity check wire/temp fuse open

2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.

3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
