From Service Manual 620373, p.25:

1.Check if door has been open for a long time or if hot food has been stored in the compartment. Error code disappears after a predetermined period once the cause is removed.

2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.

3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
