From Service Manual 577693, p.25:

1.Separate Main PCB CN70 & CN81 wire from PCB; measure resistance between CN70 5PIN - CN81 1PIN, should be 63(230) ohm ± 7%.

2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.

3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
