Unplugging the refrigerator for a few minutes may temporarily clear the code, but if the underlying fault in the connections or PCB components remains, the LF error will return. A reset is useful for confirming whether the fault is intermittent, but it does not repair a loose connector, a failed resistor, or a damaged solder joint.
