A power cycle reset by unplugging the refrigerator for several minutes may temporarily clear the error if the fault was caused by an intermittent glitch. However, if the underlying cause is a failed Main PCB, Panel PCB, or damaged wiring, the error will return. A reset alone is not a repair for a hardware communication fault.
