From Service Manual 921588, p.40:

1.After separating MAIN PCB CN70 wire from PCB, check resistance between CN70 No.5 and No.1 wire which must be within 294 ohm ±7%.

2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.

3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
