From Service Manual 385695, p.27:

1.After separating MAIN PCB CN70, CN71 from PCB, check resistance value between CN70 White and CN71 Orange: shall be 102 (441) ohm ±7%.

2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.

3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
