The correct heater circuit resistance, measured between connector CN70 White and CN71 Orange with the main PCB disconnected, should be 102 ohms or 441 ohms depending on temperature, within a 7% tolerance.

Continued use is not recommended when this code is active. A non-functional defrost heater will allow ice to accumulate on the evaporator coil in the fresh food section, which reduces airflow and cooling efficiency. Over time this can lead to food spoilage and may cause stress on the compressor and fan motor. It is best to address the fault promptly.

A power reset may temporarily clear the code from the display, but it will return if the underlying hardware fault is not corrected.
