The first diagnostic step is to check the DC voltage across pins 8 and 9 of connector CN30 on the main PCB, which should read between 1.0V and 4.5V.

A power reset may temporarily clear the R-10 error code from the display, but if the underlying sensor or wiring fault remains, the error will return once the control board runs its diagnostic cycle again. A reset is not a repair and should only be used as a first check to rule out a transient fault. Persistent reappearance of the code confirms a physical problem with the sensor circuit that needs to be addressed.
