Water Tank Heater open/wire error - separation

From Service Manual 391429, p.41:

1.After separating MAIN PCB CN78 from PCB, check resistance between Black and Brown wire: shall be 48 ohm ±7%.

2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.

3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
