Flowmeter defective - inlet solenoid valve (WV1) is energized and water level indicator (WI) is in high state, but flowmeter (FM) does not send enough pulses (less than 10 pulses in 10 seconds).

Flowmeter defective - inlet solenoid valve

From Tech Sheet W12673785, p.37:

1.Check flowmeter (FM), verify water tap is open, check inlet solenoid valve (WV1).

2.Measure the inlet valve coil resistance at the valve connector. Expected: 1,000 to 1,200 ohms per coil at room temperature.

3.Verify static water supply pressure at the inlet hose. Below 20 psi or fluctuating supply commonly triggers fill-timeout faults.
