From Tech Sheet W17983256, p.28:
1.If no water in washer, make sure both valves at water source are turned on all the way; if water is in washer, verify drain pump operation.
2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.
3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
