Door/lid lock failure
Door/lid lock failure — lid is not closed completely due to interference, wash media buildup preventing lock bolt from extending, or machine/motor control detects open door lid switch when attempting to lock or cannot determine locked state.

From Tech Sheet W11471670, p.42:
1.Check for lid interference, check for wash media buildup, see TEST #8.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
