Door/lid unlock failure — excessive force on door lid preventing lock bolt from retracting, wash media buildup preventing lock bolt from retracting, or machine/motor control cannot determine if door lid is in an unlocked state.

From Tech Sheet W11471661, p.33:
1.Check for excessive weight on lid, check for wash media buildup. See TEST #8.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
