Dispenser system error - dispenser motor cannot
From Tech Sheet W13244765, p.17:
1.Unplug washer, check mechanical linkage from dispenser motor to top of dispenser.
2.Measure the drive motor winding resistance at the main control connector. Expected: 2 to 6 ohms between winding pairs.
3.Rotate the drum by hand and check for free rotation. Inspect the belt and pulley for glaze or wear; a slipping belt mimics a motor fault under load.
