Serial communication error - communication between the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the User Interface Board (UI) cannot be sent correctly.

From Tech Sheet W11472621, p.33:
1.Unplug washer or disconnect power; check that power cord terminals are connected at the right position to the RFI filter (white-Neutral/black-Line).
2.Inspect the communication harness between the main control and the UI board for bent pins or unseated connectors at each end.
3.Measure supply voltage to the UI board. Expected: 5 VDC at the interface connector; a low or missing rail points back to the main control supply.
