The machine has not spun

The machine has not spun – the built-in imbalance sensor caused the speed to be reduced or the spin to be skipped due to major imbalance in the load.

First step from the service manual

Turn off the main switch and turn it on again. Open the door and redistribute the wash. After the fault is remedied, run the Spin program.

From Service Manual 296003, p.15:

1.Turn off the main switch and turn it on again. Open the door and redistribute the wash. After the fault is remedied, run the Spin program.

2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.

3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
