The washer will stop the cycle on its own when this error appears, so it will not continue operating in a potentially damaging state. It is safe to leave the machine idle, but you should not attempt to force the cycle to continue by repeatedly resetting without diagnosing the underlying cause. Running cycles repeatedly with a faulty pressure switch or inlet valve could eventually cause issues with the control board or other components.
