Slow drain - obstructed drain hose or path, or fractured drain pump impeller.

First step from the service manual

Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power. Check for blockages from sump check valve to customer's plumbing (plugged garbage disposer, plug not knocked out, drain loop check valve stuck, plugged hoses). Remove drain pump and check impeller; if stripped, replace drain pump.

1.Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power. Check for blockages from sump check valve to customer's plumbing (plugged garbage disposer, plug not knocked out, drain loop check valve stuck, plugged hoses). Remove drain pump and check impeller; if stripped, replace drain pump.

2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.

3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
