Door was not latched within 4 seconds of pressing START/RESUME, or door switch stuck open due to loose connection, sloppy door latch assembly, or high resistance door switch.

Instruct customer. Check strike plate and door closure force. Verify door seal is seated properly. Check for interference between dish racks and door. Check resistances of door switch contacts and all connections in door switch circuit.
