Door stuck closed
Door stuck closed - control programmed to not start if it suspects the door switch is stuck closed; control looks for door switch to open between cycles.
First step from the service manual
Open and close door and then press Start/Resume key. If works, instruct customer to open door between cycles. Measure resistance of door switch contacts while checking mechanical operation of latch assembly.
