Fill valve electrical problem
Fill valve electrical problem - loose connection in fill valve circuit and/or open fill valve solenoid, open fuse on control to fill valve, or fill valve drive circuit on control.
First step from the service manual
Unplug dishwasher and check resistances of fill valve solenoid and all connections in fill circuit with meter. Fix/replace open connection/part. Check fuse F9.
