Drain motor not running - loose connection in drain motor circuit and/or faulty drain motor.

From Tech Sheet W15917992, p.44:

1.Check operation of drain motor during diagnostics. Unplug dishwasher, check resistances of connections in drain circuit. If high resistance, check/fix loose connections or replace drain motor.

2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.

3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
