This is abnormally fast and signals a problem with the water level pressure switch, the pressure hose, or the water inlet valve. The machine stops because it cannot confirm the tub actually filled with water before proceeding with the wash cycle.

Running the washer with an active code 22 is not recommended. The machine has stopped because it cannot verify the tub filled correctly, which means a load could run with little or no water, damaging your clothing or the motor. Address the underlying cause before resuming normal use.

Inspecting and replacing the pressure switch hose or water level pressure switch is well within DIY range for most homeowners with basic tools. The inlet valve is also a moderate DIY repair.
