In many cases, simply rearranging the laundry inside the drum resolves the issue.

The washer is designed to prevent the cycle from starting when E103 is active, so you cannot run a wash while this code is displayed. This is a protective feature rather than a sign of immediate danger. You can safely open the door, adjust the laundry, and attempt to restart.
