Door will not lock – washer door is not locking properly.

From Tech Sheet W16110999, p.51:

1.Touch POWER to cancel the cycle. Check that the door is closed completely and latching. Check for items in the washer drum that may be keeping the door from closing completely.

2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.

3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
