Drain pump system error – washer is unable to drain properly.

From Tech Sheet W12416916, p.48:

1.Check drain hose for proper installation, ensure it is not kinked/pinched/blocked, remove clogs, use drain hose form and securely attach to drainpipe or tub, lower drain hose if end is higher than 96 inches above floor.

2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.

3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
