Remove cable CN70 from Main PCB and measure resistance between CN70 White and CN70 Gray; should be 120(440) ohm ±7%.

From Service Manual 492914, p.46:

1.Remove cable CN70 from Main PCB and measure resistance between CN70 White and CN70 Gray; should be 120(440) ohm ±7%.

2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.

3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
