From Service Manual 791433, p.45:

1.Separate Main PCB CN77 wire from PCB and measure resistance between Black and Brown wire; should be 135 ohm ±7%.

2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.

3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
