This error means the refrigerator's control board has detected a fault in the ice duct heater circuit inside the fresh food compartment. The fault can be caused by a disconnected or slipped connector, a broken wire, a short circuit in the heater or thermistor, or an open (burned out) heater element. The ice duct heater prevents ice buildup that would restrict airflow inside the fridge section. Diagnosing the exact cause requires checking resistance between pins CN51 #4 and CN51 #6 on the main PCB connector.

A non-functioning ice duct heater can allow ice to accumulate inside the air duct, which progressively restricts airflow into the refrigerator compartment.
