Communication failure between G2SMART and TEX
From Tech Sheet W18018872, p.44:
1.First check connection between G2 and TEX. If connection is ok, connect a new TEX to the G2SMART and check if the appliance works correctly. Otherwise change G2SMART.
2.Inspect the communication harness between the main control and the UI board for bent pins or unseated connectors at each end.
3.Measure supply voltage to the UI board. Expected: 5 VDC at the interface connector; a low or missing rail points back to the main control supply.
