From Tech Sheet W16477372, p.24:
1.Cycle power (Off, wait 10 seconds, On). Enter Diagnostics Mode. Use Relay Activation to select Latch Motor, wait 15 seconds. Check door switch continuity at P1-2 to P1-3.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
