Whirlpool Washer Error Code F/H
No water detected entering machine or pressure switch trip not detected
No water detected entering machine or pressure switch trip not detected. If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering, or after 8 minutes the flow sensor has detected 10.5 gallons but the pressure switch has not tripped, valves are turned off and error is displayed.

From Tech Sheet W17978467, p.39:
1.If no water in unit: Make sure both water source valves are turned on all the way. If water in unit: Verify drain pump operation.
2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.
3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
