Wash motor fault – Interruption in any cables to the motor, interruption in the power to the motor, or locking of the motor.

First step from the service manual

Turn off the main switch to reset the error message. Check cables to motor.

Wash motor fault – Interruption in any cables

From Service Manual 296010, p.22:

1.Turn off the main switch to reset the error message. Check cables to motor.

2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.

3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
