Error code 10 on a Crosley washer means the drum never reached 400 RPM during the spin cycle because of an unbalanced load. The washer's control board detected excessive vibration or insufficient speed and stopped the spin to prevent damage. The most visible symptom is laundry that comes out still very wet.

A reset may clear the error code temporarily, but the code will return on the next spin attempt if the underlying imbalance has not been corrected.
