From Service Manual 514958, p.50:

1.Check if drain-pipe is hung too high or blocked; check if drain valve is blocked or not fully open; clean the drain pipe, drain valve, or inner drain-pipe.

2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.

3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
