Electrolux Cooktop Error Code E71

E71 indicates an internal generator synchronization error in the center cooking zone of your Electrolux induction cooktop. The cooktop uses a 3-zone induction module, and the center zone relies on a dedicated single generator circuit board. When that board loses its synchronization signal, the cooktop shuts down the center zone and displays E71 to alert you to the fault.

Power cycling the cooktop by turning off the circuit breaker for 30 to 60 seconds may temporarily clear the display, but if the underlying cause is a failed generator board or damaged wiring, the error will return as soon as the center zone is used. A reset alone is not a fix for E71 and should only be used as a first check to see if the fault is intermittent.
