What this code means

Misconnected keyboard cable — one of the cables connecting the touch sensitive glass panel to the display board is not properly connected.

First step from the service manual

Disconnect power. Verify the two flat cable connections between the display board and the control panel (J1 and J2 on the display board). Verify also that P10 of the display board is connected to P2 of the power supply board. If connections are good but problem persists, replace the display board and/or the control panel.
